Cookie Policy
What UrjaOps Platform stores in your browser, and why.
Last updated:
Summary
We use only what the Service needs to work. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no cross-site tracking — we do not run any third-party analytics or advertising code. Because we set no non-essential cookies, there is no consent banner to click through.
1. What we store
Most of what we keep lives in your browser's local storage rather than in cookies. Both are storage on your device; local storage is not sent with every request.
| Name / type | Kind | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
pmkusumOpsAI | Local storage | Your workspace — projects, registers, and branding. In local mode this is your data store; in cloud mode it is a working copy that syncs to your account. | Until you clear it |
| Authentication session | Local storage (set by our authentication provider) | Keeps you signed in and authorises requests to your workspace. Strictly necessary. | Until sign-out or expiry |
| Infrastructure cookies | Cookie | Our hosting provider may set a cookie strictly for security, load balancing, or DDoS protection. These carry no profile of you. | Session or short-lived |
2. What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, and no equivalent).
- No social-media pixels or share trackers.
- No cross-site or cross-device tracking, and no profiling for marketing.
- We do not sell or share this data with anyone for advertising.
3. How to control it
- Sign out to clear your authentication session.
- Clear site data in your browser settings to remove everything we have stored, including local storage.
- Your browser can block cookies and local storage for this site — but the Service will not work without them: you will not be able to stay signed in, and in local mode your workspace is stored there.
- Export your data first. In local mode, clearing site data permanently deletes your workspace — it is not recoverable.
4. Why we do not ask for consent
Consent is required for non-essential storage. Everything above is strictly necessary to deliver a service you have asked for, so no consent banner is needed. If we ever introduce analytics or any non-essential storage, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
5. Changes and questions
We will update this page if what we store changes; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Questions: support@urjaops.com. See also the Privacy Policy.
