1. How pricing works
PM-KUSUM Ops AI is not a subscription. There is no monthly fee and nothing auto-renews. A project is a one-time unlock: you pay once and that project stays unlocked for its full life. The more projects your organisation activates, the lower the price of each additional project.
2. Free forever — no payment, no card
These are free for every account, with no time limit:
- Project lifecycle tracking and phase management
- The deadline register and deadline alerts
- Registers — PPA, land, bank guarantees, EPC, legal matters, risk
- Financials, the portfolio dashboard, and the State Programme view
- 3 free AI drafts for every new organisation, so you can try the AI on your own real project before paying anything
3. What a paid project unlocks
Once your free AI credits are used, activating a project unlocks, for that project's full life:
- Unlimited AI-assisted drafting
- Stakeholder and document generation
- Unlimited State Programme reports across the organisation
4. Price per project (volume discount)
The price depends on how many projects your organisation has already activated. The discount is applied automatically — there is nothing to claim.

Your current price is always shown in Billing in the app before you pay. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
5. Taxes
Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate where chargeable. Your invoice shows the tax separately. GST details are on the Contact page.
6. Payment
Payment is taken online through our payment gateway at the time you activate a project. We never see or store your card details. Your project is unlocked as soon as the gateway confirms the payment — see the Shipping & Delivery Policy for delivery timing.
7. Refunds
Because a project unlock is a one-time purchase rather than a recurring plan, there is nothing to cancel to stop future billing. Refund circumstances and timelines are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Price changes
We may change prices. A change never affects a project you have already unlocked — that stays unlocked at no further cost. New prices apply only to projects activated after the change. The price shown in Billing at the moment you pay is the price you pay.
